Exciting time…
High Legh Park Golf Club is an exciting place to be at the moment. Our new owners have invested significant money and have driven major improvements to the Golf Course managed by our new head green keeper Steve Worthington. The investments continue with the newly refurbished Fairways Bar and Restaurant area and the new Fairways Toning Studio. We have a totally new team with Steve joining us in the summer and with our new Director of Golf Gavin Beddow just joining us. Gavin brings a wealth of experience in running successful golf clubs to the benefit of members.
Celebrity Chef John Benson-Smith has put together some great menus for the new modern Fairways Bar and Restaurant, enticing non-members and members alike to come and dine on good food at reasonable prices. James Oddy has joined us as Restaurant Manager from the Alderly Edge Hotel and he brings a great professionalism in running our new and modern bar and restaurant.
The Golf Course improvements are being overseen by Sports Turf Research Institute, this company oversees all the Open Venues and has been pivotal to the fantastic improvements on the Golf Course.
We are not stopping there with on-going course improvements and state of the art driving range in the pipe line along with a planned short course, High Legh Park Golf Club is now turning into one of Cheshire's premier golfing destinations.
If you join in January 2012 you will not have to renew your membership until 1st of April 2013, effectively giving you fifteen months for the price of twelve.
